Crookston Yard - The Crookston Yard is open with the last truck across the scale at 7PM. We will reopen tomorrow, September 20 at 8am. 5.4 TPA. Employees are to report to work at 8am on Wednesday. As always, please check back for updates prior to leaving for work.
Nielsville - is currently closed. Please check back on Monday afternoon for updates on when we will reopen to finish quotas.
Eldred - has completed prepile. Employees should check back at the end of September for Stockpile updates
Scandia - has completed prepile. Employees should check back near the end of September for stockpile updates.
O'Meara - has completed the 23 prepile. Employees should check back at the end of September for stockpile updates.
Warren - is open closed and will reopen tomorrow 9/20 at 8am. Employees are to report to work at 8am on Wednesday. As always, please check back for updates prior to leaving for work.

Ticket Correction Policy and Deadline
Ticket Transfer and Correction Policy
Please be sure to email all corrections to ahulst@crystalsugar.com
There is a new ticket transfer procedure that must be followed going forward. All ticket transfer requests will now have to be requested using the deliveries by contract reports found on the shareholder records website.
The loads needing to be transferred will need to be marked with a highlighter or a bracket, the “transfer to” contract will need to be written on the page along with a signature and date fromt he shareholder. These printouts can then be sent by email, text to Amber, or dropped off in the office.
Please do NOT send ticket transfers through the scalehouse.

Employee Harvest Startup Plan
ALL Crookston Yard Day and Night shift employees should plan to attend the piler orientation and piler assignment event on Wednesday, September 27th from 4pm to 6pm. We will then tentatively plan to have all yard night shift employees report to work on Thursday, September 28th at 7:30am. All yard day shift employees should tentatively plan to report to work at 7:30 am on Friday, September 29th.
