Factory Information

It shall be company policy that American Crystal Sugar Company shareholders are allowed delivery ticket transfers and corrections to be made through the 7th day following the date of station closure to which the delivery was made or October 31, whichever occurs first. Delivery ticket transfer refers to any delivery that is transferred from one contract to another. A service fee of $10 per delivery ticket transfer will apply to all transfers that exceed 3% of a grower unit’s total deliveries, and no delivery tickets will be allowed to be transferred more than one time.

Ticket Transfer Policy

Deadlines:
Crookston Yard: Noon – Tuesday, October 27th.
Nielsville: Noon – Sunday, October 25th.
Eldred: Noon – Tuesday, October 20th.
Scandia: Noon – Tuesday, October 27th.
O’Meara: Noon – Tuesday, October 27th.
Warren: Noon – Monday, September 26th

Ticket Transfer and Correction Procedure

End-of-season transfer and correction requests must be submitted within 7 days after station closure or by October 31, whichever occurs first.

Submission Requirements

• All transfer and correction requests must be submitted using the American Crystal Sugar Delivery Record (Members Only).
• Highlight or bracket the loads to be transferred and clearly identify:
  • The original contract number
  • The contract number to which the loads should be transferred
• The grower’s signature and date are required.
• Requests submitted by email are acceptable if the Crystal Delivery Record is attached.
• Handwritten notes, typed lists, and Excel spreadsheets will not be accepted.

Purpose of This Procedure

Using the official American Crystal Sugar Delivery Record helps ensure that the correct loads and contract numbers are identified and transferred accurately. This process reduces errors, improves efficiency, and helps ensure timely processing of transfer and correction requests.

Please email ticket transfers and corrections to Amber at abeck@crystalsugar.com. The transfer must be sent using your delivery record report. You may highlight or bracket the loads to be transferred, indicate which contract you would like them transferred to, and sign/date.

For Android phones:

The NDAWN Weather Stations are currently going through an electronic facelift. Dial-in phone numbers are being replaced by internet accessibility. What this means, is by using your smartphone, tablet, or computer, you can bookmark your favorite NDAWN Weather Station for even faster data access and information. The NDAWN Weather Network is doing an upgrade to all of the weather stations across North Dakota and Minnesota this summer. They are installing cell phones, new data loggers and modems. The upgrade allows for the data to be updated to the web site every 10 minutes instead of once a day. The modem change will take away the voice modem, so you will no longer be able to call in and get instant weather info spoken to you, but you will be able to link to the site with your smart phone, or other electronic device, and see up to date information updated every 10 minutes.

Stations already upgraded in the near American Crystal Sugar Company Growing Region are: Eldred, Fargo, Forest River, Humboldt, Kennedy, Leonard, Mayville, Perley, St. Thomas, and Warren.
