American Crystal’s Alisia Hoff Recognized in GNDC’s 2026 Faces of Manufacturing

American Crystal Sugar Company is proud to announce that Alisia Hoff, Technical Writer at our Hillsboro factory, has been recognized in the Greater North Dakota Chamber’s (GNDC) 2026 Faces of Manufacturing.

Now in its fourth year, Faces of Manufacturing celebrates the people behind the products made in North Dakota, highlighting the wide range of careers available in manufacturing while showcasing the innovation, technology, and talent that fuel the state’s economy. Alisia is one of ten honorees selected this year from manufacturers across the state, representing careers spanning engineering, production, accounting, technical writing, quality, and operations.

Alisia will be featured in a weekly spotlight leading up to a celebration luncheon and executive branch meet-and-greet on October 31, 2026, following National Manufacturing Day.

Her recognition reflects the talent and dedication found across American Crystal Sugar Company, and we’re proud to see her contributions honored on a statewide stage.
