In the sky, drone technology gives Senior Agriculturist Curt Meyer a new perspective on sugarbeet storage. Using a drone equipped with a thermal camera, Curt identifies hot spots, areas of heat that can accelerate spoilage, so crews can act quickly to protect crop quality.
