The Eagles Have Landed in the Hands of Deserving Employees

American Crystal is full of employees who care about their jobs, their company, and the customers they serve. While we are fortunate to have many such employees in our workforce – each year we take nominations to recognize those employees who rise above. The one’s that do more than is asked in their job descriptions and more than our company expects of them.

At American Crystal’s 2014 Annual Meeting held on Thursday, December 4, I had the privilege to hand out eight President’s Awards to some very high achieving employees.

Each of our award winners demonstrated the characteristics that are essential in helping to achieve American Crystal’s vision of having the best workforce in the sugar industry. Each recipient received a check for $1,500 and a handsome porcelain eagle statue.

Pictured below are our 2014 President’s Award winners. When you see them, congratulate them for their award and their efforts as I had the honor to do.
