Express Harvest Employees:
Stay Pay Program will be effective as of October 1st for all harvest employees assigned to a shift and station. Stay Pay pays all harvest employees 4 hours pay for any weather event shutdown. Employees must report to work their next scheduled shift to be eligible to receive Stay Pay. Stay Pay hours for Monday-Friday will be paid at regular time (1X) rate. If it occurs on Saturday or Sunday it will be paid at OT (1.5X) rate.

Ticket Transfer and Correction Policy

There is a new ticket transfer procedure that must be followed going forward.  All ticket transfer requests must be requested using the deliveries by contract reports found on the Members Only Shareholder Records website.

The loads needing to be transferred will need to be marked with a highlighter or a bracket. The “transfer to” contract will need to be written on the page along with a signature and date from the shareholder.  These printouts can then be sent by email or dropped off in the office.

Please do NOT send ticket transfers through the scale house.
