ACSC and Express Harvest Employees:
Stay Pay Program will be effective as of October 1^st for all harvest employees assigned to a shift and station. Stay Pay pays all harvest employees 4 hours pay for any weather event shutdown. Employees must report to work their next scheduled shift to be eligible to receive Stay Pay. Stay Pay hours for Monday-Friday will be paid at regular time (1X) rate. If it occurs on Saturday or Sunday it will be paid at OT (1.5X) rate.
