Ticket Transfer and Correction Policy

There is a new ticket transfer procedure that must be followed going forward.  All ticket transfer requests will now have to be requested using the deliveries by contract reports found on the shareholder records website. 

The loads needing to be transferred will need to be marked with a highlighter or a bracket, the “transfer to” contract will need to be written on the page along with a signature and date from the shareholder.  These printouts can then be sent by email, texted to Taysia, or dropped off in the office.

Please do NOT send ticket transfers through the scalehouse.
