Beet processing at Drayton is projected to be completed on or around June 1, 2007. Any unusable beet material on factory grounds is being cleaned up and worked into field soil as conditions permit.

Presently, the wastewater ponds are being treated with cold water bacteria to reduce odor. On about May 1st, the ponds will be treated with a warmer water bacteria that is designed to reduce pond odors.
